She is Celestia's underling, a future Princess, but Celestia plans on leaving her to Twilight, so Twilight teaches her further more about magic, as she cannot create stars or galaxies, all she knows to do is make stars shoot.
Things she likes: Burning Polaris' stars to make them shooting stars. Sunflowers, the color gold, yellow and white. Bright lights, and sleeping.
